In 2024, we made the decision to re-brand and relocated our store to better serve the needs of our clientele.

All jewelry repair and cleaning is performed on premises in our fully equipped Jewelry and Watch Repair Center. Our experienced staff will examine your piece and explain your options and estimates for repair. We provide complimentary cleaning on any piece purchased from Jewel Box.

Insurance companies typically require appraisals to cover your piece. Having a certified appraisal can help put your mind at ease as we will provide you with a legal document itemizing your jewelry, including measurements and stone grades, photographs and replacement values.
Fair Market Appraisals
This type of appraisal gives you a current fair market value of your jewelry instead of a replacement cost. This allows you to determine the cost of your jewelry at wholesale or scrap value.
